Any restrictions while driving with my HI provisional license?
Yes. Only a licensed parent or guardian may drive you between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. Unless you're accompanied by your parent or legal guardian, you may only transport one person under the age of 18 at a time.
How can I obtain my driver's license?
At least 17 years old and six months of provisional driving experience are required before you may apply for a Hawaiian driver's license.
