This Nevada DMV practice exam has been updated for 2022 and includes 40 questions from the official 2022 NV Driver Handbook. Nevada requires a 50-question written knowledge exam to get a permit or license. To pass your test, you must answer 40 out of 50 questions correctly. In this section, you’ll learn about traffic signs and legislation relating to insurance and demerit points. If you are under 18 years old, you may take the exam once you are 15 12 years old and have finished a 50-hour driving education course in person or online. You must also pass a basic eye exam, give evidence of identification and residency, parental approval with a Minor Affidavit Sheet for those under the age of 18, proof of social security number, and pay $25 for the written and driving exams.
