A conviction of driving after underage alcohol consumption, results in
- Four points on the driver's record
- Two points on the driver's record
- Six points on the driver's record
The law authorizes police to file charges against drivers under the age of 21 who have a blood-alcohol concentration (BAC) of at least .02 percent but less than .08 percent. The offense is called Operating a Vehicle After Underage Consumption. Four points will be assessed to your driving record.
