If the adult who co-signed a minor’s application for a driver’s license withdraws his or her signature,
- the minor will have to pay a fine.
- the minor may immediately reapply without the adult's consent.
- the license will be canceled until the minor turns 18.
Upon revocation of the adult co-signer's signature, a minor's license is canceled until he or she turns 18 or finds another willing adult co-signer, whichever comes first.
