Can undocumented immigrants apply for a Utah driver's license?
A Utah driver's license may be obtained by an unlawful immigrant, assuming the proper documents is given. Unauthorized immigrants will be issued a one-year driver's license under the new legislation. A tax identification number and evidence of Utah residence are required for applicants. Using the card for identifying purposes is not permitted under the card's terms of service.
What is the age requirement to obtain a driver's license in Utah?

Do I have to complete a driver education course to obtain a UT driver's license?
If you are under the age of 19, you can. Driving under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian is also required (including 10 during night hours).
